But before,WHY TO LOVE YOUR BODY???
Here are few reasons...:-
* Loving your body is another way to love your self.Love yourself.Love the way you do things,you think,you see things....It's all about being YOU!!
* Loving your body enhances your self-confidence.You won't hesitate to do things.Yo would have the courage to try new stuffs.
* Loving your body will make you respect yourself more.Believe it or not.After all respect yourself and the world will respect you.
* Worried about your figure after you saw any celebrity???
REALITY: Celebs in photo shoots are packed up with make-up.So many lights flashing on them.And then there is something called PHOTO-SHOP.
*Because you can do so many things with your body which other people can't.You can dance,sing,paint,skip,jump,run or whatever you want to do.Other people can't do everything you do or can't do in the same manner as you do.
* Your body is your one of your prized possessions.
* Last but not the least...YOUR BODY IS ONLY YOURS.UNIQUE.NO ONE ELSE CAN HAVE A BODY EXACTLY LIKE YOU.You can have dresses,shoes,accessories and even boyfriends in common with others.But you can't have your body in common with others.

# Stop looking at the imperfections.NOBODY IS PERFECT,not even celebrities.Instead,start looking for the plus points.Take help of a long mirror.See yourself carefully.Appreciate the positive things (like oh!my legs look sexy,hey! my skin is so clear,etc).Count the positive points and keep them in your mind (and not the imperfections)...
# Consider the marvelous functions your body does.There are so many things that your body do.Some stuffs are there which your body does but no one else's can do like that.It's unique in itself (as I have said before ).
# Start taking care of your body and enhance the beauty of it.Start with skin,hair,nails.Then start with your diets and way of lifestyle.(AND DON'T EVER DO CRASH DIETING...IT WILL DO NOTHING BUT MAKE YOU GAIN MORE WEIGHT).Eat whatever you like (but in limited quantities),however you like.Just enjoy taking care of your beautiful body.Go for walking or to gym.Eat healthy,look beautiful. :)
# Believe in yourself.Change your inner dialogue from " I'm not beautiful " to " I'm beautiful and unique in myself and I LOVE IT ".
# Go for shopping.Buy yourself some lovely dresses which enhances you beauty and figure.(Check your body type and what to wear from this site : www.shopyourshape.com)
# Don't go for what others say.Keep in mind,people who are criticizing you also aren't perfect.So stop counting upon their craps.Only thing which matters is how you look yourself as.As said by TAYLOR SWIFT:-
# Realize that being fit doesn't mean being skinny.Being fit means something that you feel from inside,an enthusiasm,a freshness,a feeling of being healthy and disease-free. :)
# Don't compare your body.Accept the fact that this is the only body that you are going to have & your body type and start loving it.
